Potter split

Warner Bros has admitted that the seventh and final Harry Potter book will be adapted for the big screen into two parts.
Producer David Heyman admitted it was impossible to cram the 600+ “Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows” book into a single movie.
“You cannot remove elements of this book,” he told the Los Angeles Times.
Potter fans have been left disappointed in the past when key scenes, including Quidditch matches, were dropped from the big-screen adaptations.

Atonement grabs Empire award

Wartime epic “Atonement” has won best British film at this years Empire Awards, where the stars, James McAvoy and Keira Knightley, were named best actor and actress.
Action thriller “The Bourne Ultimatum” won best film, while Ewan McGregor received an icon award to mark his career on the big screen.
Another British film “Control” won two awards, including best newcomer for Sam Riley, who portrayed Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis in the rock biopic.
